Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of partnering with individuals, groups, and organizations doing vital work across sectors, from grassroots community groups to established institutions, faith communities to arts organizations. Each collaboration has deepened my understanding of what it takes to build trust, navigate change, and center the voices that matter most.
